Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of 18TUBE, including its website, accounts, media galleries, player features, membership features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. Adults Only

The Service is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority in the jurisdiction where you access the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet both requirements. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

18TUBE indexes, organizes, and displays information and media associated with third-party creators, websites, and platforms. 18TUBE does not create, commission, direct, or participate in the production of third-party visual content displayed through the Service. References to a creator, platform, product, or website do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization. You may not sell, transfer, share, or permit another person to use your account.

The 18TUBE name, interface, software, graphics, and original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners. If you believe that material available through the Service infringes your rights or depicts you without authorization, contact us with the exact URL, a description of the material, proof of your identity and rights, and reliable contact information. We may restrict or remove material while a report is reviewed.

7. Membership and Premium Features

Certain features may require registration or a paid membership. Any price, duration, feature set, and renewal information presented at the time of purchase forms part of these Terms. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable. We may modify or discontinue a feature, but we will not retroactively change the stated duration of an already-paid membership without providing an appropriate remedy where required by law.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, interfered with the Service, or used the Service unlawfully.
